What We Do
We provide screened and experienced home aides for private hire by families Nationwide at 30% LESS than a home care agency does. Candidates are interviewed and vetted by us for your specific needs.? Caregivers can be contracted with as an Independent Contractor and we provide free amendable caregiver contracts.? We do this for a onetime fee that is a fraction of the money that is saved by using our service versus a home care agency. All of our home aides are 100% legal, speak English, and are trained on the IRS Independent Contractor Tax code.? You may use their receipted services for your Medicaid spend down without penalty!

What rates do your referral caregivers charge for low liability, contracted service,? paid by check with weekly invoices?.
After you pay our onetime fee, you pay the home aide direct $14-$18 hourly or $135-$180 per day for a Live-in . As in any service business, the lower your needs, the lower the rates, the higher your needs, the higher the rates. For example: If you only need someone to help out with light housework and do safety / medication monitoring, then you will be on the low end of the scale. If you need help with a high need Alzheimer family member, or if you need the caregiver to have either a driver?s license or multiple years of experience, then you will be on the high end of the scale.

Do we get to pick our own caregiver from your candidates?
YES! We send you vetted candidates that meet your search criteria, and YOU CHOOSE your favorite.

Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your chosen caregiver, we will replace them at no additional charge, for the agreement period.

How do you screen and vet your referrals of Home Aides?
We use a stringent Screening and Vetting Process, including a minimum of 2 interviews, a Nationwide criminal check, work reference checks from previous families and agencies/care facilities of employ, and a Nationwide sex offenders check. We relentlessly search and screen caregivers for those that match the specific skill-set needed to succeed working independently of an agency. Less than 15% of the caregivers that claim to be qualified for the position will actually turn out to be, and pass our vetting process. We know what to look for beyond the surface, where everyone appears so friendly and caring in the interview.

How Much Do You Charge?
We do this service for a fee that is the same as the 2 week deposit that an agency will require just to begin service at their higher rates. The fee is 2 weeks? salary of the caregiver that you choose.

What if the caregiver we choose to hire does not work out for us?
Don?t worry. The Buyout Fee includes the security of having additional screened referrals sent to you if needed during the agreement period at no additional charge.? We have a 100% Caregiver Satisfaction Guarantee!

How do I pay the caregiver?
Personal check after they provide you with a written? invoice (weekly)

How long does the process usually take, after we fill out a Caregiver Search Application? ?
The answer will vary depending on your caregiver requirements. The more requirements that you have, the longer it will take for a placement.? Generally, screened and vetted care candidates that meet your criteria will be available for you to meet within 7-10 days.
