Taylor-Wharton Relocates Corporate Offices

Taylor-Wharton International, a world-leading technology, service and manufacturing network for gas applications involving pressure vessels and precision valves, announced a reorganization and relocation of its corporate offices.

Roland Wright has been promoted from President of TWI?s Sherwood Valve division to Chief Operating Officer of TWI. Wright joined TWI as its Vice President of Operations in 2008 and was promoted to President of Sherwood Valves in 2009. Wright has more than 30 years of operations and executive experience with prior leadership positions at SPX Corporation, including President of SPX Air Treatment and President Americas SPX Cooling Technologies.

?Roland?s knowledge of TWI?s operations combined with his proven track record of optimizing business performance makes him an excellent resource on our corporate team. Roland will be relocating to our Mobile, Ala., facility where he will focus on the global repositioning and growth of our Cryogenics business,? said Eric Rottier, Chief Executive Officer of TWI.

Jim Hoppel joins TWI as its Chief Financial Officer. Hoppel brings to the Company more than 20 years of business, financial, and industry-specific experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President Corporate Development & Treasurer, and before that Chief Accounting Officer, Controller & Assistant Treasurer, with Chart Industries, Inc. ?Jim?s diverse business background combined with his depth of industry experience makes him an excellent addition to our team as we transform our culture and work to continuously develop and execute our strategic growth plan,? said Rottier.

As part of the implementation of TWI?s new strategic direction, the Company is relocating its corporate headquarters from Mechanicsburg, Pa., to Minneapolis (Minnetonka), Minn., adding 25-30 new jobs to the community. TWI has entered into a long-term lease and is building out its headquarters, incorporating a high-tech edge into the design exemplifying a forward- thinking cultural shift in the organization. The new office will be completed by the end of 2012 and is located at Rowland Pond I, 5600 Rowland Road, Suite 170, Minnetonka, Minn.

With this planned transition, both Len York (previous CFO) and Bill Corbin (Previous CEO and Chairman of the Board) have departed the TWI team. The Company is grateful for the leadership provided by both York and Corbin.
